Polish President receives members of Nizami Ganjavi International Center

President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda has received members of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center (NGIC).

President Andrzej Duda expressed his gratitude to the NGIC members for their support and solidarity in these difficult times.

The sides discussed the current tensions in Ukraine that influences the future of the entire Europe, as well as its impacts on food security and the current international order.

Emphasizing the important role of the Polish people in dealing with refugee crisis, the NGIC members thanked President Andrzej Duda and stressed that they would provide the necessary support in this regard.

Then, the “Nizami Ganjavi's Seven Beauties and other essays on literature” book by Co-chair of the Center Vaira Vike-Freiberga and "The Magic of Pen, Selected miniatures from Nizami Ganjavi`s Khamsa" book published at the initiative of the Center was presented to the President of Poland.

The participants then invited Polish President Andrzej Duda to Baku to participate in the upcoming 9th Global Baku Forum.
