RADIOBROADCAST ON AZERBAIJAN REALITIES AIRED IN STRASBOURG

The Azeri Diaspora functioning in Strasbourg does a lot to publicize the country in France, AZERTAC correspondent reported. On 5 November, a 2-hour radiobroadcast narrating on Azerbaijan’s realities was aired in French.

The Azerbaijan Cultural Relations Society in Strasbourg in 2006-2007 is going to air a radiobroadcast on Azerbaijan and Azerbaijanis over the world once a month in French. The program will include interesting materials on Azerbaijan’s history, culture, language and music.

President of “Azerbaijan House” in Strasbourg Mustafa Alinca is the program manager, who, in the first broadcast informed on the latest events in the country, President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to Brussels, the forthcoming Congress of World Azerbaijanis, and the activity of the European Azerbaijanis.

Next broadcast will take place in December.
