Azerbaijani Prosecutor General awards Russian counterpart jubilee medal

On October 29, Kamran Aliyev, Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, presented Alexander Gutsan, Prosecutor General of Russia, with the jubilee medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan, “100th Anniversary of the Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan (1918–2018),” in recognition of his contribution to developing effective cooperation and strengthening ties with Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General’s Office.
The award ceremony took place following a bilateral meeting between the two prosecutors general in Baku.
In his remarks, Kamran Aliyev noted that the prosecutorial authorities of both countries maintained strong working relations. He expressed confidence that the discussions and agreements reached would help further strengthen cooperation for the benefit of the peoples and societies of both countries.
Alexander Gutsan, in turn, highlighted the solid foundation for further strengthening friendly relations between the two countries.
