Azerbaijan strengthens its position on international gastronomic map

Organized by the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Stéphanie Kim, International Director of La Liste, a global gastronomy ranking and classification platform, visited Azerbaijan.
The main purpose of the visit is to promote Azerbaijan’s rich culinary heritage, local products, and modern restaurant industry at the international level, as well as to showcase the country’s gastronomic potential on the prestigious global ranking platform.
During her visit, Stéphanie Kim toured leading hotels and restaurants in Baku, exploring their culinary concepts and sampling both traditional Azerbaijani dishes and international cuisine. She also held official meetings at the State Tourism Agency and engaged in discussions with chefs, gastronomy experts, and other industry representatives. The program included regional visits to explore local culinary traditions and regional products.
