Azerbaijan University of Languages, US embassy sign MoU

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Azerbaijan University of Languages and the U.S. embassy to the country.
The MoU was inked by rector of the University, MP, academician Samad Seyidov and Ambassador Robert Cekuta.
The document featured a number of issues, including education of English language at the Baku American Center and education opportunities in the U.S.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Mr. Seyidov highlighted the activities of the American Center in the university. He stressed the importance of the Azerbaijan-U.S. relations, and underlined prospects for cooperation in the field of education between the two countries.
Ambassador Robert Cekuta noted the significance of education in strengthening bilateral relations.
