Azerbaijan University, Shymkent University of Kazakhstan sign MoU

Azerbaijan University and Shymkent University of Kazakhstan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation.
The memorandum was signed by Rector of Azerbaijan University, PhD in Philology Saadat Aliyeva, and Rector of Shymkent University, Nurlybek Seitkulov.
The MoU envisages the establishment and expansion of academic relations between the two universities, including the exchange of teachers, students, and staff, as well as the preparation and implementation of joint scientific and research projects.
Prior to the signing ceremony, a meeting was held between the delegations to explore areas of cooperation and discuss the implementation of tasks arising from the memorandum.
Rector Saadat Aliyeva highlighted the efforts of Azerbaijan University and the priority areas of its internationalization policy.
Rector Nurlybek Seitkulov briefed the delegation on Shymkent University’s activities, noting that internationalization and mobility are among the university’s priorities. He expressed confidence that the signed memorandum will be successful for both parties.
