Baku hosts 5th Meeting of Secretaries of Security Councils of OTS

The 5th Meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Councils of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) commenced at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku on September 17.
The event is chaired by Colonel General Ramil Usubov, Secretary of Azerbaijan’s Security Council, who is delivering President Ilham Aliyev’s address to the participants.
