DIVIDENDS TAX EXEMPTION TO INCREASE CONFIDENCE IN BANKS
Chairman of the Milli Majlis Standing Commission for economic policy Sattar Safarov told AzerTaj correspondent that exemption of lottery and loan winnings as well as dividends from banking operations from the income tax would increase the population’s confidence in banks. “This step will promote accumulating more savings in local banks, and improved social conditions of the population, as well,” he said.
According to the Commission Chairman, the volume of deposits from the populations has increased by almost 40-45 percent against previous years, and now exceeds 1 trillion manat.
