Five killed in helicopter crash at Mount Disappointment, north of Melbourne

Police have confirmed five people on board a helicopter were killed when it crashed at Mount Disappointment, north of Melbourne, this morning, according to ABC.
Two helicopters which were part of a private charter were flying north from Melbourne's CBD over Mount Disappointment when one disappeared just after 9am.
Helicopter company Microflite was operating the two flights, which were both bound for Ulupna Island in northern Victoria.
After being alerted to the crash about 10.30am, police spotted the missing helicopter from the air about 11:45am and reached the wreckage on foot later in the afternoon.
The second helicopter landed safely at the nearby Mangalore Airport with four passengers and two staff on board not long after the first helicopter went missing.
Acting Inspector Josh Langelaan said the flights were on a business trip.
"There was low cloud this morning, one helicopter came through the cloud, found that the other one was missing and police were notified," he said.
He described the crash site as "very difficult terrain" and said bulldozers and excavators had been used to provide other vehicles with access.
