I am delighted to convey to you, on behalf of the people and Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, our sincerest congratulations and best wishes on your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
This year, our two countries marked the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. Jordan is committed to building on these historical ties of friendship with Azerbaijan, under your wise leadership, in the best interest of our two peoples, and in the service of the causes of our Islamic Ummah, to strive for regional and global security and stability.
