Dear Mr. President,
Congratulations on your victory and re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and with a very significant popular support. I wish you every success in leading and further developing of friendly Azerbaijan.
I express the unwavering confidence that during your new mandate, the excellent and friendly relations between our two nations and peoples will be further strengthened and intensified especially in economic and trade aspects. I am sure that thanks to the support you personally and the Azerbaijani Government have provided to the realization of major projects of TAP and IAP gas pipelines, and also to the possibility of gasification of Albania in the future, the cooperative relations between our two countries will be extended to all other fields of mutual interest.
I seize this opportunity to express once again the wish to invite you for a state visit to Albania, at a convenient time for your agenda, convinced that this visit will give more substance to the friendly relations and of cooperation between Albania and Azerbaijan.
