I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on the occasion of your re-election as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Your confident victory in the elections is the result of a serious and comprehensive work, which you have been doing for many years. The people of Azerbaijan worthily evaluated your activities. Socio-economic situation is being constantly improved, great attention is paid to defense sector, inter-ethnic and inter-confessional solidarity is being carefully preserved in your country, and Azerbaijan's status as a regional leader is being strengthened.
Ukraine and Azerbaijan are bound together by numerous joint projects. I am sure that our states will continue developing fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation.
