On the occasion of the commemoration of your state’s foundation day, it’s my pleasure to convey to you, on behalf of the people and the Government of Burundi and on my own behalf, my sincere and warm congratulations.
May I take this opportunity to express my sincere hope that the cordial relations between the Republic of Burundi and the Republic of Azerbaijan will continue to grow in strength for mutual benefit of our two peoples.
