I am writing to you, on behalf of the Democratic Party of Moldova, in order to congratulate you and the people of Azerbaijan on the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.
This centenary is a moment of reflection and renewed commitment to honor the country’s history and to follow the path to development and prosperity for all.
In this moment of celebration, I would like to reconfirm my hope that the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Moldova will develop steadily and positively in the coming years.
