Minister: Azerbaijan prioritizes new cultural centers in liberated territories

“As part of the Great Return Program, multifaceted and consistent efforts are underway by the Ministry of Culture. The preservation of national and cultural heritage, the establishment of new cultural centers, and the restoration of cultural infrastructure in the liberated territories are among the main priorities,” said Adil Karimli, Azerbaijan’s Culture Minister, as he outlined the 2025 priorities during the meeting.
The minister highlighted important projects implemented in this regard in 2025, as well as the large-scale work carried out on the construction of new cultural complexes and the restoration of existing facilities. He further added that projects implemented this year are expected to deliver tangible results.
