NIKOIL BANK FOCUSED ON DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN AZERBAIJAN
Further capitalization of “NIKoil” bank will be continued within the frames of the development strategy until 2008. Shareholders should give their own vision of business development in Azerbaijan, thus, the bank’s role in this strategy will be determined, executive director of the financial corporation NIKoil said. Chief of department for “Organization of liaison with clients” , member of the NIKoil’s observation council, deputy chairman of “NIKoil-Autobank” board Yuriy Voronin noted that shareholders are satisfied with bank’s activity in Azerbaijan. The Bank is mainly focused on development of small and medium entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan and non-oil sector. The bank will also develop a consumer crediting. It embarked on consumer credits allotment to buy cars in summer whereby contracts with companies from Nijni Novgorod and Tolyatti were clinched.
