“ROUND TABLE” LIBRARY
Director of Public relations department of the American Embassy in Baku, Teresa McWinin and 5 librarians who worked on probation in the United States through assistance of the US Embassy in Baku took part in the Round Table discussions.
A few reports were made by participants of the Round Table: Deputy Director of the library, Zahira Dadashova “Blind children in USA and new libraries”, Deputy Director of the State Library named after M.F. Akhundov Malak Hajiyeva “Meridian center - international visitor program”, employee of the Ministry of Culture Yashar Huseynov “Library development program in Azerbaijan”, Director of the Ganja central library Elmira Aliyeva “Regional libraries in America”, employee of the Nakhchivan State Electronic library Zulfiya Mammadova “American university library”.
