YARAT Contemporary Art Space holds traveling group exhibition

YARAT Contemporary Art Space has held a traveling group exhibition "Delicate Observations" in the village of Ivanovka, the Ismayilli district, consisting of the works of well-known and young artists of Azerbaijan: Dadash Adna, Rashad Babayev, Mehrin Alili, Nadir Eminov, Elturan Mammadov, Ramal Kazim and Soltan Soltanli presented at "DaMir House of Imagination". Included works are part of the YARAT’s permanent collection and courtesy of the artists.
On the official opening day, Nahid Bagirov, the head of the Ismayilli District Executive Authority, Sevil Ahmadova, the deputy head and head of the Social-Political and Humanitarian Affairs Department, Sakhavat Mammadov, the head of the Nagorno-Shirvan Regional Culture Department, Zaur Muradov, the chairman of the YAP organization Ismailli district, Taleh Salehov , the head of the Nagorno-Shirvan Regional Youth and Sports Department and other heads of administrative enterprises, cultural workers, students and young people and more than 300 Ismayilli residents got acquainted with the exhibition and listened to a DJ performance by Mosk19.
The following days of the exhibition contributed with series of educational and public programs. In the frames of program, YARAT staff organized a lecture on the topic of “Museum Education” and the interactive school program “Learn with YARAT”, as well as master classes held by artists Ramal Kazim and Vusala Agharaziyeva.
In addition to educational events, public programs such as a panel discussion with artists Ramal Kazim, Nadir Eminov and Eltaj Zeynalov, sound therapy and meditation with Ilhama Babayeva, and a musical concert were held. The final day of the exhibition was completed with a music performance by the Ahmedowsky Trio. Over five days, along with young generation, 800 people have seen the exposition and exhibition program.
The exhibition was held with the support of the Ismayilli District Executive Authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “DaMir House of Imagination”.
