10th International Turkish Language Olympics ends

Baku, June 16 (AZERTAC). Closing ceremony of the Tenth International Turkish Language Olympics was held in Istanbul, Turkey.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan delivered closing remarks of the 10th Turkish Language Olympics.

Then, Azerbaijani Sultanova Sema’s song “Eziz Istanbul,” as well as the song of Macedonian composer Mohamed Tahiri were cheered at the event. The participants have watched the performance of Azerbaijani national dance with great interest.

Turkish Prime Minister has been awarded with special prize.

The 10th Turkish Language Olympics was held under the slogan "Humanity hand in hand for a feast”.

As part of the Olympics, special shows and performances took place in 41 Turkish provinces, including Istanbul and Ankara.
