Baku, 16 December (AZERTAC). About 3 bln dollars were spent for refugees and IDPs, Azerbaijan`s State Committee for Refugees and IDPs said. Of this amount, $ 750 mln falls to the share of international organizations, 850 mln to the Oil Fund, 1 bln 300 million to the state budget. Due to the Oil Fund`s means, over 82 thousand of refugees were moved to the new 62 settlements.

Lat year, 25 international humanitarian organizations rendered $ 25 mln humanitarian assistance to Azerbaijani refugees.
