ANOTHER LIE OF ARMENIA PRESS EXPOSED
Baku, November 7 (AZERTAC). The Armenia`s Panarmenian news agency disseminated false reports on Armenian representative`s worthy response to Azerbaijani representative during discussions on the 68th item “Right of peoples to self-determination” of the agenda of the UN General Assembly`s Third Committee.
According to the Azerbaijan permanent mission to the UN, only representative of Israel, Arab countries, Pakistan, India and Armenia spoke about the issue. Except for Armenia, all countries claimed that right to determination refers to colonial areas only and can be applied in the cases of foreign occupation.
Azerbaijan representative touched on Azerbaijan`s official position and Armenia`s occupying Azerbaijani lands by using force and committing ethnic purge
In response to Armenian representative`s remarks, Azerbaijani side stressed rights to self-determination is legal within the limits determined by the law and that Armenia used mercenaries against Azerbaijan.
On the pretext that the answer was groundless and not based on serious arguments, Armenian representative left the meeting hall without waiting for the Azerbaijan representative`s using his right to the second answer.
