Azerbaijan and Bulgaria discuss prospects of cooperation
Baku, May 14 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov on Monday met with parliamentary delegation led by Bulgarian Parliament Speaker Tsetska Tsacheva.
Mammadyarov briefed the guest on major regional issues, cooperation between the countries of the region in various areas.
The sides dwelled on further opportunities for the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria.
Tsetska Tsacheva estimated relations between two countries as “friendly and promising.” The Bulgarian Speaker said, the two countries mark the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, and Bulgarian parliament is going to host an exhibition to celebrate this event.
The meeting also focused on cooperation between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria in the field of economy, education, culture and humanitarian area.
