AZERBAIJAN, POLAND DISCUSS MILITARY COOPERATION

Baku, November 26 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Defense Industry Yaver Jamalov and Polish Minister of National Defense Bogdan Klich have today discussed how to boost the bilateral military cooperation.

Jamalov informed Klich of military and political situation in the region.

The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was also discussed, and the Azeri minister praised President Ilham Aliyev`s efforts to find a peaceful solution to the conflict.

Jamalov said: “Armenia has occupied 20% of the Azerbaijani territories, leaving more than million Azerbaijanis homeless. If Armenia continues its non-constructive stance in the negotiation process, Azerbaijan will have no other choice but liberating its lands by military means”.

Klich in turn hailed the Azerbaijan-Poland relations.

He hoped the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict would “boost Azerbaijan`s development even more”.
