Azerbaijan represented at 4th OTS International Youth Festival

Kazakhstan’s Almaty has officially opened the 4th International Youth Festival of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), marking its designation as the Youth Capital of the Turkic World for 2025.
At the opening ceremony, representatives from the Azerbaijani city of Lankaran solemnly handed over the symbolic key to the youth of Almaty, continuing the relay of brotherhood, trust, and new opportunities.
Representatives from OTS member states, including Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Türkiye and Uzbekistan will share their experiences at the event in implementing projects focused on youth policy, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and the development of social initiatives.
