Azerbaijan sets up Diaspora Support Fund

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to establish the Azerbaijani Diaspora Support Fund under the State Committee for Work with Diaspora.
The Fund aims to support the activities of the Azerbaijani diaspora organizations, improve their financial resources and infrastructure, develop and promote national and moral values, strengthen social protection of Azerbaijanis living abroad, and ensure the targeted state support to this area.
