Azerbaijani Defence Ministry: Military cooperation with Turkey aimed at liberating occupied lands

“Azerbaijan-Turkey military cooperation is aimed at liberating Azerbaijan`s occupied territories,” said Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Defence. The ministry commented on the statement made by Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces, Army General Hulusi Akar who said: “Everything will be done to ensure the liberation of Azerbaijan`s occupied territories.”
The ministry said the cooperation between the two countries is based on “close friendship, fraternal relations and solidarity which date back to common history and moral values”.
