Kazakh delegation visits Central Bank of Azerbaijan

A delegation from the National Bank of Kazakhstan paid a working visit to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) to exchange experience in the field of human resource management.
The first day of the visit began with opening remarks and a welcome address by Deputy Governor of the Central Bank Gular Pashayeva. Subsequently, the Central Bank presented its approaches to human capital management and recent transformation initiatives implemented in this area.
As part of the visit, sessions were held on the Central Bank's current practices in the digitalization of recruitment processes, integration of new employees into the work environment, implementation of competency frameworks, performance management, learning and development, HR analytics, and employee engagement.
Furthermore, the sides exchanged views and experiences on the automation of HR processes, as well as approaches to integrating modern technologies and artificial intelligence solutions into human resource management.
