Azeri ashugs join folklore festival in Dagestan

Baku, June 13 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani delegation led by secretary of the Ashugs (Caucasian folk poet and singer) Union Musa Nabioglu participated in the folklore festival “Gorchi” in Dagestan`s capital Makhachkala.

Azerbaijani ashugs` performance aroused keen interest among the audience in the festival attended by the folklore ensembles from Turkey, India, Thailand, Latvia, Iran, Slovenia and Russia.
