AZERI DEFENSE MINISTER LEAVES FOR DUSHANBE

Baku, November 9 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Defense, colonel-general Safar Abiyev has left today for Dushanbe, Tajikistan, to attend a meeting of CIS defense ministers.

The meeting will focus on military cooperation among CIS member states.

Abiyev will also meet with Tajikistani officials to discuss prospects for the bilateral military-technical cooperation.
