BAKU SUBSIDIARY SCHOOL PUT INTO SERVICE AFTER MAJOR REPAIRS
Subsidiary school N 268 located in Nasimi district of Azerbaijani capital Baku was put into service on 21st of January after the major repairs. Opening ceremony was attended by President of the “Friends of Azerbaijani Culture Fund” Mehriban khanum Aliyeva. Head master Seyfaddin Mustafayev let the ceremony participants know that some 500 mental defectives study at this school; 120 of them attend classes every day, while others study at home.
On behalf of Mehriban khanum Aliyeva, all the students were presented gifts. Then, Mehriban khanum met with parents; she assured them that all needs of the school would be further satisfied. According to her, these talented children will be provided with opportunity to acquire computer skills, to study art, etc.
In conclusion, Mehriban Aliyeva had her picture with the children taken.
