BOOK DEVOTED TO NATIONAL LEADER HEYDAR ALIYEV PRESENTED IN ASHGABAT
Baku, May 10 (AZERTAC). A book “Heydar Aliyev” dedicated to the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev has been presented today in Ashgabat.
The event brought together Turkmen officials, Azeri parliamentarians, scientists and diplomats.
Written by Azerbaijani writer, MP Huseynbala Miralamov and published in Turkmen language by the embassy, the book features the national leader`s contributions to developing Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan relationship.
Addressing the event, Azerbaijan`s ambassador Vahdat Sultanzade, MP Hadi Racabli said the fact that the book was published in Turkmen language demonstrates the high-level dialogue between presidents Ilham Aliyev and Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedow as well as friendship of the Azerbaijani and Turkmen peoples.
The event participants also saw a documentary featuring the national leader`s life and activity.
