EMBASSY OF AZERBAIJAN IN TBILISI ORGANIZES CHILDREN`S ART CONTEST

Baku, 17 December (AZERTAC). Embassy of Azerbaijan to Georgia is hosting the Fourth Children`s original artwork contest among the students of Azerbaijani schools in Georgia. The competition is organized to mark the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis. Artworks submitted will be judged by the jury led by famous Georgian artist, Rector of Georgian Academy of Fine Arts, Professor Giya Bukhadze. Today Tbilisi`s Vernisage art gallery is hosting the inauguration of children`s artwork contest. Ambassadors of foreign states accredited in Georgia, Georgian officials, intellectuals and also representatives of Heydar Aliyev Foundation are invited to attend the ceremony. The contestants include students of 24 Azeri schools in Georgia. Participants have presented 368 entries. Some 16 artists and five schools will be awarded prizes.
