Georgian media highlights strategic declaration signed between Azerbaijan and China

Georgia’s respected news portal ipress.ge has published an article highlighting Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing.
The article emphasized that the leaders of both countries declared the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the People’s Republic of China.
The portal, citing China’s Xinhua news agency, published the full text of the joint declaration on the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
According to the 18-article joint declaration, both countries will resolutely support each other in protecting their fundamental interests, sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity.
The joint declaration also expresses the sides’ support for expanding cooperation in the development of transport infrastructure, collaboration in the fields of culture, tourism, healthcare, sports, cinema, and television. Additionally, it emphasizes strengthening ties in the media sector through reciprocal visits, exchange of information, and sharing of experiences, the article says.
The article also mentioned that both parties expressed their readiness to further promote the development of humanitarian exchanges.
