INFORMATION SESSIONS HELP IMPROVE ELECTION EXPERIENCE, ALI HASANOV
Baku, November 17 (AZERTAC). “Every election is a great event for the Azerbaijan society and election is conducted in our country by commissions, which become increasingly professional in our country,” chief of the Presidential Administration`s department of political and social affairs Ali Hasanov said Monday, commenting on the importance of information sessions dealing with municipal election in Azerbaijan
According to Ali Hasanov, the nature of such events is to improve Azerbaijan`s election experience within the framework of the international cooperation, analyze existing problems, provide necessary details to conduct democratic election.
Since cancelling censorship, according to him, the situation of media in Azerbaijan has become normal and by far not worse than in other European countries.
“Perhaps, it does not satisfy some people or international organizations. I can say that today Azerbaijani media can keep pace with either French, or German or Italian one in terms of analysis and assessment of any public decision, activity of any official, informing the society about it,” Hasanov noted.
