INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON CIS MEDIA ETHICS MAY TAKE PLACE IN BAKU

Baku, November 27 (AZERTAC). Baku may host the international conference “ethic principles of media in CIS area: problems and trends,” visiting Austria chairman of the Azerbaijan Press Council Aflatun Amashov said. He added the event is very important for Azerbaijan and other post-soviet countries.

This issue came up on the agenda of the meeting between PC chief Amashov, deputy chair Umud Rahimoglu and coordinator for press council affairs in Austria Andrea Koller

Koller found the need to resume the activity of the press council, which had existed for 40 years in Austria.
