International conference to be held in Baku

Korn Ferry, a leading international company in the field of organizational consulting, will host an international conference in Azerbaijan on C&B, executive compensation, ESG and leadership development. The event will take place on September 8 in Baku at the JW Marriott Absheron Hotel. Participation in the conference is possible by prior registration.
The event will be hosted in English by leading Korn Ferry consultants from around the world. Speakers include: Cheryl De Cruz Young, Senior Partner and Founder of the ESG Korn Ferry Center; Senior Compensation and Governance Partner Tom Hildgers; Gennady Vanin, Head of CFO and Executive Compensation Practices in Central Eurasia; Margarita Koshman, Senior Partner and Head of Leadership Succession in Central Eurasia. The event will be moderated by Alistair Wellesley, Senior Partner and Global Practice Leader in Digital, Cybersecurity and Telecommunications in the Middle East and North Africa.
Among the topics to be discussed at the conference, the following can be noted: the design of long-term motivation programs, the principles of forming a leadership funnel in a company, the implementation and development of ESG (environmental, social and managerial aspects). In addition, the results of the Korn Ferry study of wages in Azerbaijan for 2022 will be presented at the conference.
