Khoroshkovsky becomes Ukraine`s first deputy premier
Baku, February 23 (AZERTAC). Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has signed a decree appointing Valeriy Khoroshkovsky as Ukraine`s first deputy prime minister, the presidential press service has reported.
Khoroshkovsky headed the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) as well as Yanukovych appointed him as Ukraine`s finance minister
