Moldova issues stamps dedicated to national leader Heydar Aliyev
Baku, April 20 (AZERTAC). Moldova’s state-owned enterprise «Poşta Moldovei» issued series of four postage stamps dedicated to the National Leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
The stamps were issued in the form of a small sheet. Each sheet has 24 stamps of four species. Face value is the amount the stamp is worth as postage. In this case, each stamp worth 1.2 lei in postage. Official presentation of the stamps is scheduled for May on the eve of national leader Heydar Aliyev’s birthday. State officials of the Republic of Moldova, MPs, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of embassies and international organizations accredited in Moldova, scientists, cultural figures, as well as media representatives and members of the Congress of Azerbaijanis of Moldova will reportedly be invited to the presentation ceremony.
