National Defense University hosts meeting with Turkish delegation

On December 3, Major General Gunduz Abdulov, Rector of Azerbaijan’s National Defense University, met with a delegation led by Professor Cenk Aktaş, Chairman of the Defense Industry Academy of the Presidency of Defense Industries of the Republic of Türkiye, who is visiting Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Defense reported to AZERTAC.
The Turkish delegation received a briefing on the National Defense University’s establishment history, education system, and main areas of activity. Detailed information was shared on the positive outcomes of the successful reforms implemented in military education within the Azerbaijan Army.
During the meeting, a broad exchange of views took place on mutual interests in the field of military education. The importance of further expanding ongoing efforts in this sphere and implementing joint projects was emphasized.
Professor Cenk Aktaş also signed the university’s Remembrance Book.
