NATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEES OF AZERBAIJAN AND GEORGIA SIGN AGREEMENT
The agreement, signed by vice-president of National Olympic Committee of Azerbaijan Chingiz Huseynzade and the president of National Olympic Committee of Georgia Arcady Patarkatsishvili, reflects mutual interest in development of cooperation in the field of sports.
The document provides cooperation in the field of the organization of bilateral competitions, the World and Europe championships, the regional competitions connected to preparation of sportsmen to XXIX Olympic games in Peking, and also creations of funds and realization of marketing activity.
The sides will carry out also mutual cooperation in the field of sports, Olympic movement, data exchange, science and techniques. The document envisions participation of teams and sportsmen of both countries in bilateral and multilateral competitions, also exchange of trainers, sports doctors and sportsmen.
