PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV INAUGURATES OLYMPIC SPORTS COMPLEX IN ISMAYILLI REGION
Ismayilli, 29 October (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today attended here the inauguration of the Olympic Sports Complex.
Local residents warlmy greeted and cheered the President and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva.
After cutting the ribbon symbolizing the Complex`s opening, the President toured the facility.
The construction of the two-storied Complex started in 2007 and it covers 7.5 hectares of area. The Complex was equippped with necessary equipments.
President Ilham Aliyev viewed performances of sportsmen in the Complex`s sport hall.
Then, President Ilham Aliyev chatted with local residents and congratulated them on the opening of the facility.
