PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES OIC SECRETARY GENERAL
Baku, November 11 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu.
Ihsanoglu expressed his satisfaction with his visiting Azerbaijan again. He stressed the importance of the international conference “Inter-Civilization Dialogue: Insight from Azerbaijan” held in Baku.
The Head of State said it is important that international conferences on this topic are regularly held in Azerbaijan.
Successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and OIC was stressed at the meeting with the confidence expressed that the cooperation would continue to expand in the future.
