Baku, December 17 (AZERTAC). A roundtable meeting on global warming and climate changes organized by Azerbaijan`s Fund of Monitoring of Ecological Standards held in Baku.

The event brought together representatives of the governmental and non-governmental organizations. Head of the Fund Rauf Sultanov told of significance of the event. He said the interactive trainings related with global warming held in numerous schools of Baku city.

Deputy director of the national hydrometeorology department of Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Sahib Khalilov briefed about Copenhagen climate change summit.

There were also delivered reports on “Transport means and global warming”, “Climate changes and radiation”.
