SHARUR PROVINCE UNDER CONSTRUCTION
On the eve of the Presidential elections, large-scale construction, reconstruction, and accomplishment works has begun in the Sharur region of Nakhchivan. A two-storied premises of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party (YAP), sport center “Ganjlik”, a mill, 8 private houses for IDPs and refugees in Yeni Karki village, 2 apartment homes for disabled in Mahmudkend and Garasanli villages have been put into operation for the last 8 months of 2003. A new park has been laid in Khanliglar village, sub artesian wells, pumping stations, reclamation projects have been started in Arab Enginja, Pushyan, Khanliglar, Yurdchu, Garabaglar villages.
According to “Sutikintigurashdirma”, due to stability, large-scale construction and reconstruction works are being implemented in the province. Today, “Bakhar” Cinema, executive authorities premises are under construction, and erection of a two-storied school is about to complete.
