SOCAR Tower selected "Best International Office Project"

The fourth "Global Best Projects" awards by ENR (Engineering News Record) have been announced. Built by Tekfen Construction in Azerbaijan's capital Baku and opened by Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev on May 30, SOCAR Tower was selected by ENR as the "Best International Office Building of the Year", according to Tekfen Construction.
Prestigious projects from 5 continents and 15 countries received awards in 18 different categories. These projects were evaluated from a variety of aspects including security performance, use of technology, design, and construction quality; also taken into account was the ways in which society and the construction industry benefited from them.
The awards will be given at the ENR Global Construction Summit in New York on October 11.
