Turkish PM hands diploma to Azerbaijani lieutenant

Baku, August 30 (AZERTAC). Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan handed a graduate diploma to Azerbaijani lieutenant Hikmat Sahratov at the 32th graduation ceremony of the Gulhane Medical Military Academy (GATA). Hikmat Sahratov graduated from the academy with honours. He received his secondary education in Azerbaijan.
