AZERBAIJANI DEPUTIES MADE SOME ISSUES CLEAR
Sittings of some committees are being held during the session. A deputy taking part in the sitting of the Monitoring Committee said to the correspondent of AzerTAj, that committee member Martines Kassan who visited Azerbaijan, touched upon some issues, connected with political situation in Azerbaijan, pre-electoral process and electoral campaign.
The other member of the committee, Hungarian deputy took hostile position and stated without any grounds, as if democratic ideas were being suppressed in Azerbaijan. It should be reminded that that deputy had always supported the position against Azerbaijan of a Belgian deputy George Clairfart, who rounded his duties.
A representative of Azerbaijan expressed his strict protest against the efforts to create a deceiving image among other deputies about democratic developments in Azerbaijan, called to put an end to neo fascist statements voiced in the committee, demanded to show respect towards independent Azerbaijani state and democratic processes going on in this country.
