Aztelekom PA establishes hot line
Baku, October 13 (AZERTAC). Hot line has been established in Aztelekom Production Association (PA) of the Ministry of Communications of Azerbaijan. Hot line will provide free and round the clock services to citizens in all regions of the republic. The hot line is accessible by dialing 012 122.
The main purpose of the service is to provide operational information about opinions and suggestions on the quality of rendered communications services in Aztelekom PA as well as various problems arising from subscribers while using services of PA (installation of telephone, communication problems, and difficulties in connection to the Internet etc.).
Note that hot line has been established as part of priority activities carried out by Aztelekom aimed at enhancing introduction of information communications technologies of new generation in the regions, creating conditions for mass use of the achievements obtained worldwide in this field in remote areas of the country.
Along with the hot line, e-mail [email protected] is functioning for receiving complaints from citizens.
