CEREMONY DEDICATED TO 85TH ANNIVERSARY OF PROSECUTOR BODIES OF AZERBAIJAN HELD
On 1 October, on the day of their professional holiday, collaborators of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Republic, Military Prosecutor of the Republic and prosecutors of Baku and city districts visited Alley of Martyrs where revered memories of Azerbaijanis who fell for territorial integrity of Motherland.
The same day, at the Prosecutor Office was held a ceremony dedicated to the professional holiday of the employees of prosecutors and 85th anniversary of creation of Prosecutor of Azerbaijan.
In his remarks, Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Republic noted that the Day was established on the executive order of Azerbaijan President Heydar Aliyev on 17 July 1998, which was the expression of respect to the national values and historical past of Azerbaijan, rich with tradition of statehood.
On behalf of the prosecutor staff of the Republic, participants of the ceremony adopted an Address to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
