DECREEOF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
On Supplements to the Decree No 259 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic of January 17, 2003, “On Conferring the Title “Shahid of January 20”.
In accordance with the Decree No 695 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic of March 31 1998 I hereby decree:
The Decree No 259 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic of January 17, 2003, “On Conferring the Title “Shahid of January 20” before the words “Orujov Shamsaddin Abilgasan oglu” shall be supplement with the following words:
“Orujov Rafig Umid oglu
Orujov Rafael Umid oglu”
Heydar Aliyev
